there are lots of questions that need answers and it would really help all of us if we could get the answers so i went around and asked people what question that they would love to ask people, or what questions they cant answer and would love to know, so here are the questions:
does love exist?

what is the ingredients for a perfect relationship?

how do you know Mr/Miss right?

how do you know when a partner is cheating?

how do you  know if you re in love?

is 'out of sight' 'out of mind?

"BEAUTIFUL AND SEXY" OR "HOMELY AND ORDINARY"HOW WOULD YOU WANT YOUR PARTNER TO SEE YOU?

i couldn't think of anything to say as i listened to a man to day on my way out, the audacity some men have is utterly baffling, the way they think, talk and make decision can be some times annoying.
okay, this is what happened, someone brought up the topic about how you would want your wife to look, beautiful and sexy or homely and ordinary, some said beautiful and sexy cos it would make them proud while some said homely and ordinary, then all of a sudden from the back this man raised his voice and said" na una dey blow grammar, my wife will barb her hair like me"
every one was surprised at the outburst, as if sensing something interesting, a guy sitting near him asked " oga abeg explain", so the man explained that his wife would barb her hair just like him and they were certain outfits she wouldn't wear. he also said that she would not go out without him and if she ever lies to him or talk to any other man, he would beat her mercilessly .
i would like to know your opinion, so i implore you guys to share this blog/link to get other opinions too.

TO LOVE AND TO HOLD

‘to love and to hold’, this are one of the vows a couple standing at                                         the altar pledges to one another and sometimes ,they break those vows.

 Every vow said at the altar on that day, is TO BE MEANT FOREVER,  so why do they break it? I would not pretend to know but for once I would like to know, but if there is one thing that I know for certain,  it is the fact that they just  don’t wake up one morning and decide to break their vows.

So, since I ve no experience, I will only give you the advise given by people who has had tons of experience from it,

1.    never go up the altar with some one you feel nothing for,

2.    never say those words if you don’t mean them

3.    never say those vows if you cant stand by them

4.    it’s a forever business,  so don’t be in a hurry,  take your time.

5.    its ‘to love and to hold’ and not ‘to tolerate and to hold’   if you don’t love or like,  you had better stay clear of those vows

6.    Listen to your heart before going into the forever business.

7.      never love alone ,LOVE AND HOLD

SO today is the special day; its vals day,  so a lot of things would be going on and a lot of entertainment factors might be included for those who are romantic at heart.

But today,  I am writing about the things which most lovers add to their valentine day to make it special so I will start with love;

Every valentine most lovers are always romantic about it cus it is fueled by their LOVE for one another, and this love are expressed in so many ways and that is were MUSIC comes in, most valentine, the perfect lover starts planning the perfect atmosphere were they would have the perfect sex to conclude a perfect  valentine and that is were LUST comes in , cus most valentine invokes lust,  a guy might be anticipating valentine not because his in love, but because of the lust he is anticipating to release.

Valentine is not a day to plan the perfect spot for sex or to yield your lust, it is a day to show others love including your partner in any way you can.

So maybe some couples express their love or feeling through the sex, what about you?how do you express your love?

Don’t start planning ways to get laid on vals, plan a way to show love to your loved ones and others, it will do us all a whole lot of good.

Now here is the second part of this amazing topic,  its not just  about the physical effects, it’s also about the psychological effects all this traumatic experience puts on the individuals, this is the story  of a girl who was not as lucky as Rachel

Amara was just eight when her problems started, it was just 8 months after her mum got married to her another man  , his name was Ejiro, he was from delta state and treated Amara well, she was happy cus even though her mum married someone else , it was someone great and kind, but all her illusions were shattered when her step father drastically changed after five months.

Her mother worked hard and came back home late everyday but her step father came home early.it had started seriously when she came home one day from school to find her step father home and drunk, he had just lost his job.

She quietly asked him what the problem was, and he had gently told her, after listening and consoling him , she went to her room to change, her step father was standing at the door watching her, to shorten  the creepy  details , he had raped her and told her that if she should tell anybody, he would kill her.

Amara became unhappy and depressed  because it happened on a daily basis, and one year later when she had turned ten, she was pregnant, she was scared ,  she had confided in her friend who had told her that she was pregnant , she wanted to tell her mother but she couldn’t , so she had told her step father who was responsible, he had told her that he would take care of it , and he did.

He took her to a private practice  were she had an abortion, and  few days later she died, so I don’t know what to say except for the fact that a lot of things is going on in our society and if you know of a way to create awareness about it, please do, cus we all need it.

A friend brought this topic to my mind while I was researching for this same topic  so I decided to write on the little that I already figured out and  I hope you all will learn fro m this true life  stories which are also great example to the teen problems we face in the world today, most especially in africa today,  about 15 million under aged girls get pregnant on daily basis in the world and about  29 million teenage girls get pregnant on daily basis. This is baffling to me, but I am not surprised because a lot of  factors,  things,  and people have a hand in this events and have attributed to it  in one way or the other,  here Is the story of a girl who has had the experience,her name is Rachel and I had her  blessings and that of her family to share  it with you guys;

Rachel  was an only daughter,  the only sibling she has is her brother Manuel,her parents adored and loved her but were also strict,she had a happy family until  her little brother Manuel  was born when she was six,  and then all attention was given to her brother.

Her mother had only time for her young little brother with no attempt  to divide it between them and to a little six year old Rachel,  that was a sin but she had been brought up to always say whatever was on her mind so she told her parents but they brushed her off and said she had enjoyed them for  six years so it  was time for her brother to take her place,  and they asked her to dropped it, they seem to only remember her  when they took her to school,  church or when it was dinnertime or anytime they wanted to go out.

By the time Rachel was seven,  she began to rebel  since it was the only way to get her parents attention,her parents never recognized this because they were still fascinated with their one year  old son,at the age of eight Rachel felt all alone in the world,  like everyone had abandoned her, and that was exactly when she met harry , it was exactly ten months  to her  nine years  birthday which she knew she wont celebrate or be happy about.harry came at a time when she was emotionally down, and he gave her exactly what she had always craved which was love and attention and made her feel special, harry  was sixteen years old and never really fancied Rachel, and Rachel herself could’nt  talk to either her mom or her father about it because they didn’t have time for her and since she had no one to talk to,she told their neighbour’s daughter who was her friend, since  Funmi was twelve years old,  Rachel felt she would know,  and she definitely didn‘t know, she told Rachel that she was lucky to have a boyfriend and should do anything he wanted but Rachel didn’t feel right about it so she went to talk to her mother, but her mom didn’t let her talk, she quickly left for her office with Manuel whom she was going to  drop at a daycare centre. So Rachel took Funmi’s ad vi se and did every single thing he asked her to do and two months later she was pregnant but she didn’t know be cause she didn’t know when someone was pregnant, she just knew she felt  a little sick and she ate a lot and vomited a lot to, after five months, her stomach started getting big too, she told her mom, that her  stomach was getting bigger,  her mother only asked her to stop taking too much water and to stop eating large amount of food.

Since no one took her serious,  she decided to go talk to harry , when harry heard all she said , he asked her not to worry, few days later , he ran. Four months later, Rachel woke up in the middle of the night,  cus she was feeling so much pain around her waist, after few hours of trying to muster the pain, she went to the bathroom to go and wash her face , she noticed hat she was bleeding and that something wanted to desperately come out her, she started screaming in pain as she unwilling pushed, her parents rushed out only to find out that their daughter had given birth. The baby died few hour after the delivery, but Rachel survived after being in comma for four weeks.i’ve no comments except to say that, Rachel went through a lot of physical and psychological traumas, its  left for you to tell  me what you think.

Sex has be come a non- chalant subject that even an eight year old kid is not afraid to tell you what he or                                                                                she thinks of it.Sex is a physical activity between two people.  

 My grandfather once told me tales of the olden days were sex was rarely mentioned and practiced by only married people , making it  almost like an abomination  to have sex outside o f marriage.

But  now,in this 21^stcentury generation,  sex is totally taken for  granted,  and its so much that people don’t see it as a big deal,  but rather they see it as ‘fun    ‘.

   But sex is definitely  something that should not be taken for granted,  it is spiritual,  it is an act were two people become one and are bound together by this amazing act,  and that is definitely not meaning less. Some times people connect through sex,  they express their emotions through sex.  Sex is special and should be done with that special somebody you call your own,  yet generations of today don’t see it that way which is absolutely baffling , because I believe  that  even though some part of this generation don’t act wisely,I believe we’re wiser,  smarter, and much more intelligent and intune with our feeIings.

Finally, sex should be between two people who feel the same special way about eachother which  means that the sex should be special and so should the two people doing it.                                                                                                                                                                                           

EXPRESSSION BOUNCE GIRL

my very good friend Mike called me on the first day of this year to ask me how much for a pack of weavon, i was excited thinking it was for me so, i told him the price waiting and expecting my wonderful pack of weavon.
later that day, i called him  to enquire  if he had gotten the weavon, he innocently told me that he got it, i then excitedly asked which one? he then told  me he bought 'expression bounce' it was a brand of expression that came out recently and its gat most girls going crazy. i told him it was nice, he then said he hoped that she will like it, and that got my curiousity running 360 degrees.
i asked him who, a nd he said  Nne-nne, it was a girl in their neighbourhood, i got jealously angry , he told me that N ne-nne had asked for "expression bounce for her  new year  gift" and that made me even  more angry, i didnt hide it from him," why would she ask you for expression bounce?cant she get it herself?  and shes not even your girlfriend", i said to him on the phone, he laughed so hard i thought he wouldnt stop, he teasingly asked "are you jealous?"  i was now more angry at him, "i have a right to be jealous, you are my friend , besides Nne  nne is not a good girl" i answered, he only kept on laughing and told me to also accept Nne-nne as his friend, a nd i did, a n d i actually found out that Nne-nne  was a great girl but expression bounce didnt die , it became her official name

Now this is going to be a wonderful valentine year according to my research. I actually got to find out interesting facts about relationships, valentine issues and all the stuffs that has to do with having a partner, now here is an experience that took place yesterday and I want you guys to tell me In  your opinion to tell me what you think of it ,

My  childhood friend Chidi came to my office yesterday, he wanted me to write the story of his life for him, he wasn’t really up to 25 years of age but he didn’t mind, he just wanted  the story of his life to be out there and since I was his very good friend and has known him since he was little and  also a great writer, he wanted me to do it.

As a writer I  understood him,  his story was a great one and deserved to be out there for people e to learn from because I certainly did learn from it.

Chidi has never been  in  a relationship since last valentine when  his girlfriend had kept him waiting at a great eatery while she was getting married,  he found five hours after the wedding after he had angrily called her to confirm what her friend had told him at the eatery where he was waiting for her.

 Chidi had teasingly asked me how my valentine was going to be and who I was going to celebrate it with, I had laughed so hard I almost fell off my chair,  I had honestly told him no one since I had no boyfriend at the moment, he laughed unbelievably and turned to my colleague and friend Victoria  and asked her if what I had said was true,  Victoria laughed and con fir med that what I said was true,  that was when I noticed, at first it was a little hint here and there, but then I realized the problem; Chidi was lonely and not just lonely,  he was having ‘a valentine virus’ and this was how I noticed; he first gave me an overwhelming hug,  I mean I literally almost stopped breathing and then he smelt my hair and told me I looked nice and smelled nice, it was very weird and unusual for Chidi cus we were more like siblings and he had never told me                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             I smelled nice or hug me with such fierceness and then I asked him “Chidi, did you really just say I smelled nice?” he laughed gently and whispered in  my ears “I am really feeling you cy, you are getting under my skin” I almost laughed out loud if not for the fact that he was serious and that it was not him that was talking, it was the virus!!!!, Victoria started laughing because she knew what was going on , that was when he faced Victoria and started telling her about his feelings for her, how much he loved her, and asked if she would be his valentine, i found it surprising but Victoria found it funny but she gracefully and gently declined. he left my Cubicle and went on to other girls in the office telling them of his everlasting love and asking if they would be his val. , at the end of the day, Chidi had two valentine girlfriends, according to him, he dreads spending val alone................i dont know of you but i call that vale ntine fever, what do you call it?                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               

                  

AN APOLOGY LETTER TO MY BEST FRIEND

this is an apology letter to my best friend and here it goes:
Dear MIchael'
i know i have hurt you in the past and you have also hurt me drastically in the past but we are best of friends so at the end of the day, we always end up forgiving each other cos the good times we have experienced together always outweigh the bad times.
But this time around i might have done something unforgivable by pushing you away, and it has greatly hurt you but i just wanted to tell you that i push you away cus you are my best friend and i love you and i don't want you to get hurt but as it is right now, no excuse or explanation is justifiable for my attitude and offense,
With that much said, i plead for forgiveness, i am deeply sorry and remorseful and i hope that deep down in your heart, you will find a way to forgive me. I cannot promise not to do it again because i don't know tomorrow but deep down in my heart, i pray i don't but if eventually it should , just be rest assured it is not intentional. I am not perfect, and neither are you, but our imperfections is what makes us who we are........................ I LOVE YOU, SO NEVER FORGET THAT YOU ARE MY BEST FRIEND IN THE WORLD...................

"I WISH I HAD NEVER GONE OUT WITH YOU"

this is another true life story, Victoria had lived happily and had been in an even happier bubble ever since she started dating her husband Koffie seven years ago,they had hit it off instantly when they met, after two years of dating, they had gotten married.
It had been bliss for them, nine months after their wedding , Victoria gave birth to a bouncing baby boy whom they had named Asante Smith. Now five years later, she is still happy believing that her marriage is perfect with an amazing husband and a great kid until her bubble was burst two days ago.
 She had gotten home that fateful day to find her home unusually empty, she had just come back home from picking her son from school, she and her son walked into the empty house with fear only to discover that all her husbands property were no more in the house, she was confused and scared. She walked into the room and found a note that said "i am sorry that i had to leave like this without telling you but,i am now married and i have to go to my wife".Victoria was devastated and confused, in shock, she tried to call him but he had changed his number.
Two months later, he came to take their son away from her , Victoria refused telling him" no way are you taking my son away from me, you left us and abandoned him and now you want him? no!!!!!!!!!!!"she had said screaming at him.she asked him to stay away from them or she would call the cops, Koffi was angry and bitter but he knew he had no right, he had chosen a new found love over his family, but as he walked out the door the last thing he heard from a very bitter Victoria was " i wish i had never gone out with you!!" who do you think is right?

IS IT BETRAYAL?

I learnt something from a friends story and she has urged me to share, and here it is 
Chloe and James met at a gas station, Chloe's car had broken down at the gas station on that faithful day and she was already running late since she had to go visit a friend in the hospital, as she got down from her car to go enquire about how she was going to fix her car, another car from nowhere bumped into her car. Chloe was very infuriated because her car was like a baby to her, she angrily went over to question the guy who had bumped into her car, but as she quietly walked up to the guy, he only laugh which only made her more angry but he had gently apologised and gave her a lift to the hospital, she thanked him and walked into the hospital but he had chased after her and smiled at the surprise look on her face "what are you doing here, i thought you had left?" she had asked him
"well, i never got your name" he had answered he watched as she looked into his eyes as if trying to figure out what he really wanted, quietly she said"its chloe, now you can go and thanks for the ride" but he had followed her to the hospital bed where she was seeing her friend, after talking to the doctor in the room, she turned to go and found him there, when she asked him why he was there, he said he was just curious and wanted to know who was in the hospital.
After the hospital incident, they met coincidentally in two other locations and they became fast friends and after two months trhey began dating.
Now after two years of dating and one year of engagement, which is three years of being together, my friend found out that James mistress is pregnant for him, and his mistress is the friend whom Chloe went to visit in the hospital, her closest friend.James apologized and pleaded for forgiveness saying that it was not his fault that he was tempted and once had committed the act, he couldn't stop........................if you were in her shoes what would you do?

WHAT MAKES LIFE TICK

i have always wondered what really made people tick but my failure was never figuring it out.But i was kind of successful in getting a lot of results from peoples reaction. a lot of things make people tik, as lot of factors turn a naturally pleasant person to a murderer, a lot of factors turn a really sweet lover to a jealous killer, a lot of things turn a little innocent kid into a cheat and at the same into a liar, a lot of factors turn a teacher with great intention into a rapist or a molester.
During all my research for my fourth novel, i found out a lot of a things and most of them points to the great and despicable things in life, and i got tired and broken down, but if theres one thing i've learnt and understood, its the fact that life has a lot of mixed factors that also makes it tick. so no matter how much your life revolves, everything happens for a reason...........................
